Participants will gain practical tools to promote self-love in a non-judgmental online space. You'll learn about how to deal with the challenges and inner conflicts that often arise when we try to quiet the inner critic and treat ourselves with self-compassion. Limit 8 attendees.

first responders workshop: "Love in action"
This 3-hour in-person workshop is tailored specifically for first responders, facilitated by Tamara.

We know that being a first responder can be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling career, but it can also come with its fair share of challenges. From grief and trauma to guilt and burnout, first responders often face difficult mental health struggles that can have a significant impact on their wellbeing.
We're excited to announce our upcoming wellness workshop specifically designed for first responders. In this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to connect with others who understand the unique challenges you face and learn practical tools and strategies to help you address your mental health struggles head-on.
