Caring for someone you love can be rewarding—and incredibly hard.
You’re coordinating appointments. Making phone calls. Checking medications. Making difficult decisions and keeping everyone informed. You may be navigating financial concerns and uncertainty about what comes next. And somehow, you’re still expected to manage your own life.
Meanwhile, your relationship is changing. Being someone’s caregiver can feel very different from simply being their spouse, son, daughter, sibling, or friend.
While caregiving can bring love and connection, it also comes with stress, resentment, guilt, loneliness, uncertainty, and grief.
Having those feelings doesn’t diminish how much you care. It may just mean you need a place to set down some of what you’ve been carrying.
you can care for your loved one without carrying everything alone.
This six-week group brings together adults caring for aging parents, spouses, family members, and other loved ones to talk openly about the realities of caregiving, connect with those who understand, and get practical coaching on how to navigate the challenges you're facing.
You don’t need to become a perfect caregiver. The goal is to help you feel less alone, more confident in the choices you’re making, and better able to balance other-care with self-care.
Over the six weeks, we'll focus on:

Feeling less alone in the caregiving experience. Connect with others who understand the exhaustion, uncertainty, love, frustration, and complicated emotions.
Manage stress, guilt, resentment, overwhelm and grief. Develop practical ways to recognize when you're reaching your limits and find ways to nurture yourself.
Set realistic boundaries without feeling like you're abandoning your loved one—including how to say no, ask for help, and decide what you realistically can and cannot take on.
Navigating changing family roles and dynamics, whether this is adjusting to your changing relationship with the loved one you're caring for, or navigating relationships with siblings or relatives who aren’t sharing responsibilities in the way you hoped.
Making room for your own needs and identity so that caregiving doesn’t have to consume every part of who you are.
