we're hiring!
brain-nerds encouraged to apply
We’re seeking a therapist (pre-licensed or licensed) who is deeply curious about neurofeedback and the brain, and excited to develop their own clinical niche while building a caseload aligned with their unique interests and strengths. You’ll work directly with clients offering neurofeedback, psychotherapy, or hybrid sessions, and receive hands-on mentorship in the Othmer Method of neurofeedback.

This is not a “plug-and-play” position. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to invest in learning, help shape and grow systems alongside us, and contribute to a workplace culture that’s both structured and human.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
-
Status: Part-time (with potential to grow into Full-time)
-
Schedule: Flexible; weekday daytime and/or early evening availability preferred
-
Location: In-person sessions in Sacramento with potential for hybrid work
-
Employment Type: W-2 employee
why work with us?
-
A Collaborative Culture: You'll be encouraged to offer feedback, help improve our systems, and advocate for what you need to succeed. It's essential to us that this is a sustainable job for you that allows a healthy work-life balance, helps you cultivate a caseload of clients you feel genuinely energized to serve, and removes barriers to you doing your best work.

-
Comprehensive Neurofeedback Training: In your first three months, in addition to building your caseload, you'll receive paid training time, supervision, and shadowing in Othmer Method neurofeedback. Training involves practicing using equipment on yourself, giving you a unique opportunity to experience this powerful treatment to regulate your own nervous system (and get paid to do it).

-
Thoughtful Caseload Expectations: This is a calm, low-chaos, supportive practice culture that prioritizes clinician well-being with no high-volume pressure. You'll have administrative support for scheduling, billing, and onboarding new clients. Beyond helping us build your online clinician bio, no marketing tasks are expected (but opportunities to do so are available if desired).

-
Path to Leadership: For licensed clinicians, if you're the right long-term fit, there are opportunities to help train new hires, supervise associate clinicians, and contribute to shaping future services.

-
Competitive Compensation: Part-time pay is $65-$80 per hour for licensed clinicians, and $45-$60 per hour for associates, based on experience.
