2. Do you work with my attorney?

Yes, we collaborate with immigration attorneys and can coordinate as needed to ensure our reports align with your care requirements.

3. Is this confidenial?

Yes. Your privacy is taken seriously, and all information shared during the evaluation process is kept confidential in accordance with professional and legal standards. The final report is typically released only to you and/or your attorney with your written consent. We will also review limits of confidentiality with you at the start of the process so you know exactly what to expect.

4. What if I don't have an attorney?

You are still welcome to complete an evaluation. While many clients are referred by attorneys, some begin the process on their own. If helpful, we can also provide general guidance on finding an immigration attorney in your area.

Evaluations are conducted in English, with interpreter support available for clients who prefer another language. We can coordinate with a qualified interpreter, or in some cases, a trusted family member may assist. We review these arrangements in advance to ensure accuracy, comfort, and alignment with the needs of the evaluation. In some cases, a professional interpreter may be recommended to support clarity and neutrality.
